However, genetic variants associated with job-related depression have not been identified.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Methods\uff1a<\/strong>To examine whether corticotrophin-releasing hormone receptor 1 (CRHR1), FK506 binding protein 5 (FKBP5), and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) are susceptibility genes for job-related depression, we investigated 5 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) (rs110402 and rs242924 for CRHR1, rs1360780 and rs3800373 for FKBP5, and rs10835210 for BDNF) in 245 doctors and nurses from a tertiary referral hospital in Beijing. The House and Rizzo\u2019s Work Stress Scale and the Zung\u2019s Self-rating Depression Scale were administered. <strong>Results: <\/strong>We found that participants homozygous for the major alleles of rs1360780 and rs3800373 in FKBP5 gene had significantly lower depression scores than minor allele carriers. Compared to A allele carriers, participants with the CC genotype of rs10835210 in BDNF gene had higher depression scores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Conclusion: <\/strong>Our results suggest an association of the FKBP5 and BDNF gene polymorphisms with job-related depression.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5927\u5bb6\u5bf9\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u7ed3\u679c\uff0c\u6709\u4ec0\u4e48\u601d\u8def\u5462\uff1f\u5230\u5e95\u80fd\u5426\u53d1\u8868SCI\u6587\u7ae0\uff1f\u80fd\u53d1\u8868\u4ec0\u4e48\u6837\u7684\u6742\u5fd7\u4e0a\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u8bfb\u5b8c\u8fd9\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u6df1\u5165\u601d\u8003\uff0c\u8003\u8651\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a\u4ee5\u672c\u6587\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u628a\u4e09\u4e2a\u57fa\u56e05\u4e2aSNP\u653e\u5230\u4e00\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u91cc\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3adepression\u4e0e\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u592a\u591a\u4e86\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u6837\u672c\u91cf\u5c0f\uff08n=245\uff09\uff0c\u5f88\u96be\u53d1\u8868\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u53ea\u80fd\u53d1\u8868\u5f71\u54cd\u56e0\u5b50&lt;2\u5206\u7684\u6742\u5fd7\u4e0a\u3002\u76ee\u524d\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u81f3\u5c11\u662f600\u4f8b\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u53d1\u8868\u7cbe\u795e\u75be\u75c5\u9057\u4f20\u5b66\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u6742\u5fd7\uff1aAmerican Journal of Medical Genetics Part B: Neuropsychiatric Genetics\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u6211\u8981\u662f\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u6362\u4e2a\u89d2\u5ea6\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u53d1\u8868\u81f3\u5c11\u516d\u7bc73\u5206\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u60a8\u4f1a\u600e\u4e48\u60f3\u5462\uff1f\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u597d\uff0c\u8bf7\u542c\u6211\u4e00\u4e00\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7684\u79d1\u7814\u601d\u8def\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-paddingleft-2\">\n<li>\u8fd9\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u81f3\u5c11\u53ef\u4ee5\u5148\u5206\u62103\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e2a\u57fa\u56e0\u5355\u72ec\u53bb\u5199\u3002\uff08 \u90a3\u4f60\u4eec\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u95ee\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u4e00\u6765\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u66f4\u96be\u53d1\u8868\u4e86\uff1f\u6216\u8005\u53ea\u80fd\u53d1\u8868\u5728\u66f4\u4f4e\u7684\u6742\u5fd7\u4e0a\uff1f\uff09<\/li>\n<li>\u56e0\u4e3a\u6291\u90c1\u75c7\u4e0e\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u592a\u591a\u4e86\uff0c\u672c\u6587\u53ea\u6709245\u4f8b\u88ab\u8bd5\u6709\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u8d44\u6599\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4e0d\u80fd\u50cf\u672c\u6587\u8fd9\u6837\u53bb\u53d1\u8868depression\u4e0e\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u6362\u4e2a\u89d2\u5ea6\u3001\u6362\u4e2a\u601d\u8def\u3002\u90a3\u4e48\u5982\u4f55\u6362\u601d\u8def\uff1f \u4ece\u54ea\u4e2a\u89d2\u5ea6\u5462\uff1f<\/li>\n<li>\u672c\u6587\u7684\u88ab\u8bd5\u6765\u81ea\u5317\u4eac\u4e00\u6240\u4e09\u7532\u533b\u9662\u7684\u533b\u751f\u548c\u62a4\u58eb\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u6291\u90c1\u662f\u6765\u81ea\u957f\u671f\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u538b\u529bstress\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u3002\u90a3\u4e48\u8fd9\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u8fd9\u4e48\u53bb\u5206\u6790\uff1a\u9996\u5148\uff0cjob-related stress\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u6291\u90c1\uff0c\u5176\u6b21\u201cstress + \u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u7684\u4ea4\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u201d\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u6291\u90c1\uff0c\u5373\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u73af\u5883\u7684\u5e94\u6fc0 + \u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u9057\u4f20\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u6291\u90c1\u75c7\u72b6\u3002\u4ece\u8fd9\u4e2a\u89d2\u5ea6\uff0c\u6c34\u5e73\u4e00\u4e0b\u5b50\u5347\u9ad8\u5f88\u591a\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e09\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u5c31\u90fd\u80fd\u53d1\u8868\u52303\u5206\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u6742\u5fd7\u3002\u5982\u679c\u7ed3\u679c\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u6587\u7ae0\u53ef\u4ee5\u53d1\u88684\u5206\uff0c\u62165\u5206\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u6742\u5fd7\u4e0a\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u672c\u7ec4\u8d44\u6599\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6700\u8fd1\u521a\u521a\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86\u53e6\u4e00\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0Serotonin transporter gene (5HTT) rs6354 polymorphism, job-related stress, and their interaction in burnout in a Chinese Han population.\u5185\u5bb9\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Abstract\uff1a<\/strong>Serotonin transporter gene (5HTT) rs6354 polymorphism, job-related stress, and their interaction in burnout in a Chinese Han population.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Objective: <\/strong>Many studies have reported that long-term exposure to job-related stress can lead to burnout, which may be influenced by genetic and environmental factors. Burnout correlates with depression. It is well known that the serotonin system dysfunction plays a central role in the etiology of depression; especially a functional polymorphism in the promoter region of the serotonin transporter (5-HTT) gene was found to moderate the influence of stressful life events on depression. This study investigated whether one tag polymorphism rs6354 in 5-HTT gene modulated the influence of job-related stressful on burnout in the medical professions in a Chinese Han population, which to our best knowledge, has not been explored.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Methods: <\/strong>Using a cross-sectional design, 712 healthy subjects were recruited from a general hospital and they were all measured for depressive symptoms using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), and the environmental stress using the House and Rizzo\u2019s Work Stress Scale. The 5-HTT rs6354 polymorphism was genotyped in 376 subjects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Results: \u00a0<\/strong>The majority of correlations between the stress total or its 6 subscale scores and 3 burnout subscale scores were significant (p&lt;0.05~p&lt;0.001), except for only one correlation. There was no significant main effect of the 5-HTT rs6354 genotype on depressive symptoms, while individuals carrying the G allele (G\/G and G\/T) had lower stressor 3 score than those homozygous for the T allele (p=0.033). Interestingly, the interaction between the job-related stress and the 5-HTT rs6354 genotype was significant (F=5.08, df=1, 374, p=0.007); individuals with TT genotype showed a greater susceptibility to both the detrimental effects of higher stress and the beneficial effects of lower stress compared to the those with G allele.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>Conclusions: <\/strong>Our findings suggest that the TT genotype of 5-HTT rs6354 polymorphism may modulate the influence of job-related stress on burnout by adjusting serotonin transporter function and neurotransmission, providing the support for the differential-susceptibility hypothesis.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u601d\u8def\u4e0e\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7c7b\u4f3c\uff0c\u63a2\u8ba8\u201cstress + \u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u7684\u4ea4\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\u201d\u5bf9\u804c\u4e1a\u5026\u6020\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u5927\u5bb6\u5e94\u8be5\u80fd\u60f3\u5230\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b65\u5982\u4f55\u53bb\u5206\u6790\u8d44\u6599\u3001\u5982\u4f55\u53bb\u5199\u6587\u7ae0\u4e86\u5427\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u662f\u7684\uff0c\u540c\u6837\u7684\u5206\u6790\u548c\u601d\u8def\uff0c\u63a2\u8ba8\u201cstress + \u6b64\u4e09\u4e2a\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u201d\u5bf9\u804c\u4e1a\u5026\u6020\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u90a3\u4e48\u53c8\u80fd\u5199\u51fa\u4e09\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\u51fa\u6765\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u5e94\u8be5\u662f\u6bcf\u7bc7\u90fd\u57283\u5206\u4ee5\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u90a3\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u95ee\uff1a<strong>\u201c\u5f20\u8001\u5e08\uff0c\u60a8\u600e\u4e48\u8fd9\u4e48\u6709\u628a\u63e1\u80fd\u53d1\u88683\u5206\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u6742\u5fd7\u4e0a\uff1f\u201d<\/strong>\uff0c\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u539f\u56e0\u5f88\u7b80\u5355\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol class=\"list-paddingleft-2\">\n<li>\u804c\u4e1a\u5026\u6020\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u4e0a\u5c1a\u5904\u4e8e\u8d77\u6b65\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u6765\u81ea\u4e2d\u56fd\u6c49\u65cf\u4eba\u7fa4\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u8f83\u5c11\uff1b<\/li>\n<li>\u672c\u6587\u91c7\u7528\u7cbe\u795e\u533b\u5b66\u6bd4\u8f83\u70ed\u95e8\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u89c2\u70b9G\u00d7E\uff0c \u5373\u57fa\u56e0 + \u73af\u5883\u7684\u4ea4\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5bf9\u7cbe\u795e\u75c7\u72b6\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u53d1\u88683\u5206\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u5e94\u8be5\u662f\u5f88\u4fdd\u5b88\u7684\u4f30\u8ba1\u4e86\u3002\u53ea\u53ef\u60dc\u672c\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u53ea\u670940% \u5de6\u53f3\u7684\u88ab\u8bd5\u68c0\u6d4b\u4e86\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u7684\u8bdd\uff0c\u5e94\u8be5\u6bd4\u8f83\u5bb9\u6613\u53d1\u8868\u66f4\u9ad8\u5206\u7684\u6587\u7ae0\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u80fd\u53d1\u8868\u8fd9\u4e48\u591a\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u60a8\u89c9\u5f97\u5982\u4f55\uff1f\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u5df2\u7ecf\u5f88\u6ee1\u610f\u4e86\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e14\u6162\uff0c\u6309\u7167\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u79d1\u7814\u601d\u8def\uff0c\u7ee7\u7eed\u8fd9\u4e48\u53bb\u505a\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul burnout&#8221;\uff0c\u628aburnout\u6539\u6210depression\u5373\u53ef\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u53e6\u5916\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ee7\u7eed\u53bb\u5199\u65b0\u7684\u4e09\u7bc7\u6587\u7ae0\uff1a\u201c\u4e09\u4e2a\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\uff1aFKBP5\uff0cBDNF\uff0cCRHR1 + stress interaction in burnout\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u597d\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8d44\u6599\uff0c\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ee7\u7eed\u5199\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u81f3\u5c11\u518d\u5199\u4e09\u7bc7\u3002\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f\u8fd8\u80fd\u5199\u6587\u7ae0\uff1f \u6ca1\u5b8c\u6ca1\u4e86\u5417\uff1f\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u662f\u7684\uff0c\u8fd8\u53ef\u4ee5\u518d\u7ee7\u7eed\u5199\u6587\u7ae0\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6bd4\u4e0a\u9762\u8fd8\u8981\u597d\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4e14\u542c\u6211\u5a13\u5a13\u9053\u6765\uff1a\u6211\u4eec\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u533b\u9662\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6027\u8d28\u548c\u73af\u5883\u9020\u6210stress\uff0c\u957f\u671f\u7684stress\u5bfc\u81f4\u4e86\u6291\u90c1\u75c7\u72b6\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u5026\u6020\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u6709\u89c2\u70b9\u8ba4\u4e3aburnout\u662fdepression\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u6216\u8005\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4e00\u4e2a\u8c31\u7cfb\u3002\u4e5f\u6709\u7684\u89c2\u70b9\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u4e24\u7ec4\u867d\u7136\u6709\u4ea4\u53c9\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u90a3\u4e48\u6839\u636e\u8fd9\u4e9b\u89c2\u70b9\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5229\u7528\u6536\u96c6\u7684\u8d44\u6599\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u7ee7\u7eed\u5206\u6790\u8fd9\u4e09\u8005\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5173\u7cfb\uff1astress &#8212;&gt; depression + burnout\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u518d\u4e0e\u4e09\u4e2a\u57fa\u56e0\u578b\u5206\u522b\u8fdb\u884cinteraction\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u5373\u5224\u65ad\uff1astress + \u57fa\u56e0\u578binteraction\u66f4\u6613\u5bfc\u81f4burnout\uff1f\u8fd8\u662fdepression\uff1f \u5b83\u4eec\u56db\u8005\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u5173\u7cfb\u5982\u4f55\uff1f
